Seeing Is Believing! While TopNotch Traffic began its traffic exchange program with a lot of promise, vigor and enticement, sadly it isn't what it appeared to be!

When I last reported on the benefits of using TopNotch Traffic as a viable paying traffic exchange the program was less than 6 weeks old -- apparently the owners were hungry for members and were willing to offer a share of the site's earnings to active members, both free and upgraded. However as I got closer to reaching the payout level for free members [within $20.00] the payout was raised! Not to worry, knowing that these are dire economic times AND knowing that pay-per-click and traffic exchanges are dependent upon advertisers and growth I decided to stick with the new company and continue clicking, promoting and exchanging 'hits'.

I received an administrative email on Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2009 that stated free members must PAY a one time $5 fee in order to keep their accounts in standing! This time, I was within $17.00 of the $75.00 minimum payout for free members! Today I attempted to login to my TopNotch Traffic account and it had been deleted!!!!!

The worse part of this fraudulent behavior is that the front page of the website [] boasts:

"NOW THE PHASE 2 SMART CHOICE PROJECT UNDER THE NEWS TAB NOW! WIN $100.00 JOIN THE BEST SURF SITE EVER INVENTED JOIN A SITE THAT DELIVERS GUARANTEED SIGN UPS TO YOUR SITES AND PAYS OUT LIKE CLOCKWORK! . . . Free members may have lifetime account Recieve 20,000 credits upon joining Members are Paid to surf, Answer e-mails, Join sites, p.t.c, Games,
Cash links when surfing, paid referrals, paid commissions Surfer raffle bonus,Free upgrades and more We have a members fund too!."

Like I said, when I attempted to login to my account today to do my daily surf this is the page that displayed:

Now for anyone wondering whether I can be trusted allow me to share one of my most consistent 'verification' methods that I've developed to track my earnings and surfing activities: each day when I login to a surfing site I make a "screenshot" of the account summary and paste it into a "word" [or in my case and open office] document! This serves to document the earnings posted from the previous day or last login date as well keeps a record of the last accrued credits, etc. earned at the END of my surfing sessions!

Anyone wanting a copy of my TopNotch Traffic screenshots simply send me your email address and I'll gladly forward them to you! I even have a screenshot copy of the account ledger that showed when I was within $20 of the $40.00 payout!

For when it's all said and done, Seeing is Believing! And as a savvy webpreneur, I keep reasonable records of my 'work' activities just to keep myself and others honest!!

DON'T JOIN TOPNOTCH TRAFFIC UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR GREAT AND INTERESTING NEW BUSINESSES AS THEY JOIN THE EXCHANGE! OTHER THAN THAT, YOU ARE NOT LIKELY TO GET PAID UNLESS YOU ARE A PAYING MEMBER -- SOMETHING I DIDN'T SEE!
